12 Link Building Tips that boost your Traffic | Updated July 2014

Here is the list with top 12 link building tips that I highly recommend you to use when starting to build your links.

1. Directory Submission

The Internet is more than likely that the price of more effective and wide reaching media advertising today, and surrounded by the large number of Internet users abroad growing steadily, the current is a realm of This maintains a good business optimism for business owners. Smaller companies are restricted to smaller advertising budgets,Getting list of directories is good for you, you get a lot of backlinks. I am posting here only high quality, free, human reviewed, PR6 + directories only (by the way, I checked the PR of the directories using Google Toolbar and I have to say that there is a big difference from the last update). I have seen many directories that have fallen from PR6 to PR0, I guess they have used some black seo to get promoted and eventually lost their PR). The beauty of these directories is that if you get your site listed you will get lots of traffic. The trouble is that the process of revising sites is often more than 3 months. Here is the list I use:
http://dir.yahoo.com/ PR 8
http://www.dmoz.org PR8
http://www.stpt.com/ PR 8
http://www.open-site.org PR 8
http://www.femina.com PR 7
http://www.portal.eatonweb.com PR 7
http://www.bloggernity.com PR 6
http://www.podcastzoom.com/ PR 6
http://www.bloguniverse.com PR 6

http://www.nzs.com/ PR 6
http://www.info-listings.com/ PR 6
http://findingblog.com/ PR 6
http://www.somuch.com/ PR 6
Of course there are more good professional, high PR, but I'll leave finding them to you. Use Google to find some, but the lists that come on first page results shows the old PR of the directories. So in my opinion, these 21directoriess that I posted here worth some try to submit to them. Do not get mad if not listed after 3 months of the presentation. Your time will come, do not give up!

2. Social Bookmarking Site Submission

This new technique to get quality inbound links to your site. These days people want to share their interests in social bookmarking sites. Post your interesting article to such sites will increase your traffic and give thousands of visitors. But it's not as easy as it sounds - you have to write very good article, or news or something very very interesting to get your article on the front page of these sites.
Do not waste your time or money to the presentation of the sites that receive no traffic! Use this list of sites for the best results in social bookmarking

3. Exchange links with other webmasters

This is also good way to get backlinks. When you contact other webmasters write personalized way. Tell them why you want to exchange links with them, set your site to them, tell more about your site. Try to exchange links with only high quality sites with higher PR. You can find good partners for the exchange of links, the best way is to contact them personally, or you can use a few forums to find link exchange requests, and last but not least you can use some Automatic link exchange sites. Here is a list of them:

http://www.telalinks.com/ PR 5
http://www.linkexchanged.com/ PR 5
http://www.belinked.info/ PR 5
http://www.linkwizard.net/ PR 4
The use of these automatic link exchange sites also increase your backlinks and you'll get many links relevant to your site. You can find more sites like these but to be honest I think these will do a perfect job. You can always ask Google for something like: "free automated link exchange sites", "reciprocal freeware","free link building programs" and some of the most popular search terms like these.
You'd better to do a research and check the site and page rank of it before doing any thing.

This list is only 11 sites long, but if your item is listed in all of them expect more than 1000 visitors to your site from the link in the article.

4. Press Release Submission

This method is somewhat like writing articles and publishing them almost everywhere. In fact using this tactic is to write a press release on your site or a page on your site. The process is the same. You have to send the press release to good press release distribution sites. Below is the list I'm using.

http://www.24-7pressrelease.com/ PR 6
http://www.pr.com/press-releases/ PR 6
http://www.free-press-release-center.inf… PR 6
http://www.clickpress.com PR 6

http://www.newswiretoday.com/ PR 5
http://www.free-press-release.com PR 5
http://www.pressreleasenetwork.com PR 5
http://www.prfree.com/ PR 5

We hope that these 13 sites will help you get much traffic. If you regularly send to them and your site or items listed are expected to get at least 200 unique visitors daily.

5. Social networking / social group sites

Social networks are very useful in these days not only to get links, but also the huge traffic. Participation in the social group / networking sites have proven to boost your traffic these days. Here is my list:

www.facebook.com PR 10
www.twitter.com PR 9
www.myspace.com PR 8
http://spaces.live.com/ PR 8
http://www.livejournal.com/ PR 8
http://www.orkut.com/ PR 8
http://www.friendster.com/ PR 7
http://www.linkedin.com/ PR 7
http://360.yahoo.com/ PR 7

This is one of the best social networks. There are many more, but I think these are sufficient, they are high quality and have a high PR (7 +). They are perfect for a good backlick job to your site.

6. Article Submissions

Maybe I will not tell you anything new, but I try to write good quality articles and publish only the best free article directories. This way you are killing two birds with one stone. First to get a lot of backlinks to the articles and the second to get a lot of traffic I hope you know you have to put the keywords you are competing in the anchor text is very very important for best results in the U.S..

7. Getting link from .org , .gov and .edu sites

Education, organization and government sites are considered much more valuable sites and links from these sites are valuable. We must seek and find those places.

Do a simple Google search with this search term for .gov blogs:
site:.gov "powered by wordpress"
site:.gov "Leave a Comment"
site:.gov "Leave a Reply"
inurl:".gov" your keyword "powered by wordpress"

You may use another search term to find .edu blogs:
site:.edu "Leave a Reply"
site:.edu "powered by wordpress"
inurl:".edu" your keyword "powered by wordpress"

With this chain will total. Education links that allow you to post comments and not required to be registered hope you find the perfect chain. You can experiment with it for all domains, it's up to you. Comment the blog and put links in them, make sure your comment is genuine and not spam. You have to read the entire issue and find something to comment on the item, the job is done. After making some comments, maybe a week you will see in Google's index that have links domain. Edu o. Gov

8. Get a link on a mainpage of PR 9 sites

This you may not know, but I'll share it. A little time, do a search for sites that have PR 9 and have a donation section in their main page. I'm sure there are at least 20 of these sites. In this section of the donation that they list last 20 or 30 donators. Make a donation of at least $ 1 and you will see your site listed there. This is the cheapest way I think having a backlink on a non-reciprocal PR 9 site, do not you think?

9. Blog comments

Another great way to let the world know about your site is commenting. This method is similar to comments in the forum; once again the most comments links have nofollow tags, but Google still count this as a backlink. Here is another good way to get a link back to the home page of a blog:
Find blogs that have "top comments" or "recent comments" plugins, so if you are a top commenter your link will appear on the home page of the blog. Do the same with blogs that belong to your category. I did not know that, but a friend told me about method, and I must say I see good results for now.

10. Design a Template

Designing a Template for blogs (like WordPress) or blogger do some codeing works with a link in footer area of the template, when it go viral you suddenly get hundreds backlinks to your site.

11. Forums

This is how I like to get backlinks. Find forums that are related to your niche and create an account with them. On the user writes home page and have a backlink. Do a search on Google and see how many forums out there, you will be surprised. Make this process many times and you have one way links pointing to your site. Put your link in your signature to get a link bach to your website or websites Personally for me I don't care that the forums have nofollow tags, Google still will count that as links to their pages.

12-Google profile

Open an account with Google and fill your profile to simply get a backlink to your website.

Six Tips On How To Write A Great Article

Six Tips On How To Write A Great Article
by Brad Selers
Article writing today is big business for many different reasons. Articles are published every single day in a variety of mediums, all of which are written by individuals around the world. These are published online, in newspapers and journals and so on. Maybe writing articles is something that you are interested in, but do not know how to get started. If you want to make article writing a hobby or even a business you will need 6 tips on how to write a great article.

Step one - start every single article with a brief rundown of what you will be discussing. Obviously this will be contained within the first paragraph. But do not try to go into too much detail, just give readers a snapshot of what you will be talking about.

Step two - in the next paragraph you must aim to summarise what will be discussed within the article. By doing this you will create a focus in your reader and make them want to read the rest of your article. However ensure that you do not repeat what you have said in your first paragraph your reader will become bored.

Step three - find a good style to write in and stick to it during each individual article. One mistake that a lot of writers make is to switch styles during an article. Doing this will only create confusion for your reader and make your article read poorly. If you are concerned about this scan through your article as you are writing it to make sure you are always in the same style.

Step four - to really engage the reader write as though you are having a conversation with them. Write in a way that will pull them in and want to carry on reading what you have to say. Being too stuffy or overly serious when writing will put your readers off, especially if you are writing for a certain audience.

Step five - don't ever write an article on a subject that you have no experience in without research. Not only is this highly unprofessional it will also take you much longer to write your article. Send a little time researching your subject and you will be much more successful when writing your article. If this is not possible you may have to turn down writing the article rather than submitting a poorly written piece. This is something that all writers need to understand and you will too.

Step six - stay on topic! This is a point that cannot be stressed enough as a lot of writers wander off topic when writing. If you do this you will not be creating great articles, they will be confusing and disjointed. Anyone who is concerned about this should re-read the article they are writing every couple of paragraphs.
As you can see the 6 stages to learn how to write a great article are very straightforward. Follow them and you will soon learn how to write a great article that is highly professional. Who knows if you are not already making money out of this, you soon could be with a great article writing style.

MyBlogGuest A Guest Blogger Community

It's about a while that that i heard about the term of Guest Blogger However it is something new for me and many don't know about it.
Guest Blog
Last week when I google for Guest Blogger found a community of guest bloggers that made me to share it with you because it is really beneficial.
However I joined them, considering guest blog in a blog for future, so far I don't have Guest post in this blog, but it is not a bad idea to have some for my niche.

Who is a Guest Blogger?
Guest Bloggers are people that write on other blogs as guest blogger and in return they get back links and traffic for their blogs and websites. This is the simplest way that I can describe a guest blogger for you. You may ask what is this ache in butt when i can get content from article directories? but you must think again there is different between them.

The articles that you get from an article directory is not a unique content a lot of people may publish the same thing in their blogs, despite of being a legit way online to get content, while a guest post is pure unique content from people that interested in writing on your blog. This can incredibly increase your traffic and give life to your blog as they get free traffic, it is a great opportunity for them to get new readers and promote themselves. As they choose where is the best place to publish their article. It is a win win win process...

MyBlogGuest is a community of people looking for a blog to guest post on or if you are a blogger you can find articles related to your niche for your blog. However you may consider to make a guest post in my blog.
